I had Vaser liposuction to my inner high and outer thigh. My goal was to give me a smooth contour so I look good in dresses. Overall I am happy with my results. Excellent service, I felt at ease.
I'm so happy with my results for my liposuction. I highly recommend Dr Waelchli. He is kind patient man, making you feel calm and relaxed.
My results are very underwhelming , I’ve now been for 2 fat transfers and it’s not even close to what I was told it would look like. After the second procedure it looked as if my main concern was addressed (hip dips) but as the swelling went away they came back. I have many uneven areas, a big flat spot in my left buttocks, pubic area looks like it hasn’t been touched even though I paid $2200 for it to be lipo’d and still have my hip dips . Feel like my arms and stomach/pubic area could have had so much more fat taken out. I’ve spent approx 30k on the surgeries alone, I raised my concerns and was told I would need to pay for a 3rd procedure. I’m not willing to spend money nor can I afford a 3rd surgery. I know they are very capable and lovely drs, but I feel like they didn’t really listen to my concerns and went too conservative with both surgeries .
My experience with Dr Waelchli and Cosmos team has changed my life. Thank you for giving me my confidence back. I get so many comments about how beautiful my waist and hips look.

I’ve been attending Cosmos for about 3 years now with Nurse Benoite who’s level of sophistication is second to none. She has looked after my Botox and Fillers and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Would highly recommend!
Extremely unprofessional! I scheduled a consultation session with them, and less than 24 hours later, and over 48 hours before my session, I called to cancel it. They refused to refund my $120, citing their questionable policy. Is this some kind of rip-off?"

This guys, take consultation fee in advance. Make sure to make your mind before pay them anything, otherwise it's gone. They don't have a refund policy, no matter how much you've paid.
I recently had Botox treatment on my forehead, crows feet and a brow lift and am more than happy with the results!
Nurse Benoite has given me a fresh, youthful and natural look again which is why Cosmos Clinic Double Bay is the only clinic I go to for any Botox and Filler treatments - always recommend!!
